The natural surroundings of the hotel were stunning. the customer service was excellent, and all the staff were polite and friendly. the indoor and outdoor baths were comfortable and hot, with beautiful views of the natural landscape. the meals were exquisite and well worth the extra cost.
The hotel's location is quite remote and not very accessible without a car. Unfortunately, the WiFi didn't work in the rooms, which was frustrating.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff went out of their way to make me feel special and attended to all my needs. The facilities were top-notch, including the private bath and the onsen, which were both very clean and relaxing. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which had a great variety of traditional Japanese dishes.
For me, this hotel was perfect.

The views were incredible and the food was amazing. The hotel staff were really nice and welcoming. It was great that the hotel had a shuttle service to take us to nearby attractions and the local bus stop.
The room had a weird smell which made us feel uncomfortable and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly. The bed was uncomfortably hard and the pillows were lumpy.

The exclusive amenities at this hotel met all our luxurious needs. the smiling staff, serene garden area, and outstanding hot spring bath experience exceeded our expectations. the private, screened, in outdoor bath was an aromatic cedar dream, adding to the total sensual experience. the food was a work of art and made from locally, sourced ingredients.
One minor issue was the noise from the room's public facilities, which was an unwanted distraction. We tried to move, but the hotel was full.
